Wu-pen Bao vs Marjohan Wahyudi

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf Hotel, Dubai,  taking place on 21/02/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wu-pen Bao (10(6) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Fuzhou, China and Marjohan Wahyudi(9 - 8 - 1) from Jakarta, Indonesia.  Both Bao and Wahyudi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Khalid Barkett, and the three ringside judges are Atif Bukhari, Asif Hamra and Waleed Yacoub.  

Round 1: 

Bao gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Bao clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bao pushes his forearm into Wahyudi's face.  The referee warns Bao and breaks the clinch.  Wahyudi quickly recovers. 
Bao lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Bao ties up his opponent.  Bao is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bao lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Bao walks his opponent into the corner.  Bao is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Bao lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body, KNOCKING WAHYUDI DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Bao lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Bao closes the distance.  The right shot from Bao could be enough to force the stoppage!  Bao slams a spiteful left uppercut into Wahyudi's body.  WAHYUDI IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Wahyudi has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Bao lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  Bao ties up his opponent.  Bao pushes his forearm into Wahyudi's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bao about fouling.  
Bao quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Bao is on target with a stinging left hook to Wahyudi's body.  Bao clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bao digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bao advances into close range and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Wahyudi switches the action to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Bao is on target with a left hook to Wahyudi's body.  
Bao walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Bao lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Bao pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Bao lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bao closes the distance and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Bao clinches his opponent.  Bao hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Bao.  
Bao forces Wahyudi to back into the corner.  Wahyudi is on target with a cross.  
Bao connects with a stinging cross.  
Wahyudi switches the action to the outside and attempts to land an overhand left, but Bao slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Bao closes the distance.  Wahyudi pivots from in front of his opponent.  Bao lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Bao clinches his opponent.  Bao is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bao steps inside.  Bao sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Bao walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Bao is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Bao lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Bao!
