Nemesio Baez vs Jose Castillon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Francisco Morazan promoted show at Tegucigalpa Nova, Tegucigalpa,  taking place on 21/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Honduras-Francisco Morazan Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nemesio Baez (4 - 11 - 4) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Jose Castillon(7 - 3(1) - 1) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  Both Baez and Castillon weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dimos Muniz, and the three ringside judges are Fausto Landeros, Santiago Frutos and Rodrigo Huerta.  

Round 1:

He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS BAEZ!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Castillon!
