Rodrigo Cordoba vs Federico Najar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Francisco Morazan promoted show at Tegucigalpa Julian, Tegucigalpa,  taking place on 19/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Honduras-Francisco Morazan Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Cordoba (9 - 6 - 4) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Federico Najar(7 - 0) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  Cordoba weighed in at 199 pounds and 10 ounces, while Najar weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Urenda, and the three ringside judges are Gabriel Obando, Diego Carias and Franco Maza.
