Malcolm Quansah vs Rex Gbedema

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Greater Accra promoted show at Max Moyoyo Gym, Accra,  taking place on 20/01/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malcolm Quansah (17(5) - 4) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Rex Gbedema(13 - 3) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Quansah and Gbedema weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Haider, and the three ringside judges are Keshawn Abadamloora, Bilal Haider and Razi Adusei.
