Carlo Fumagalli vs Cecilio Motta

Boxing Daily Report from the Mankattah Promotions promoted show at Novara Adamoli, Novara,  taking place on 22/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlo Fumagalli (15 - 5) who hails from Turin, Italy and Cecilio Motta(10 - 7(1) - 2) from Genoa, Italy.  Both Fumagalli and Motta weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Augusto Rizzo, and the three ringside judges are Tino Lamberti, Dino Zanotti and Arturo Leotta.  

Round 1: 

Fumagalli lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.

That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
