Aidan Donnelly vs Roy Quirk

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Munster promoted show at Waterford McCormick, Waterford,  taking place on 20/01/2026:

Clearly AI Ireland-Munster have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Irish-Munster Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aidan Donnelly (6 - 3 - 1) who hails from Limerick, Ireland and Roy Quirk(5 - 1 - 3) from Cork, Ireland.  Donnelly weighed in at 112 pounds, while Quirk weighed in at 111 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Hanigan, and the three ringside judges are Sam Brody, Seamus Kavanagh and Henry Ross.
