Leon Geels vs Edward Quirke

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at H & PE Arena, Houston,  taking place on 07/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Geels (19 - 1) who hails from Henderson, USA and Edward Quirke(14 - 5(1)) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Geels and Quirke weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Manatt, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Cornejo, James Crum and Paul Kernell.  

Round 1: 

Geels tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
