Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Ensenada Marzan, Ensenada,  taking place on 26/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jesus Padron (17(1) - 1) who hails from Nezahualcoyotl, Mexico and Leonardo Encinas(9(1) - 4) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Both Padron and Encinas weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Marjun Villalpando, and the three ringside judges are Zacarias Ramon, Gervasio Sastre and Miguel Campoverde.
