Jose Armijo vs Jose Sia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Polideportivo Rio de Janeiro, Guadalajara,  taking place on 26/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Armijo (5 - 8 - 2) who hails from Tlaquepaque, Mexico and Jose Sia(10 - 6 - 1) from Tlaquepaque, Mexico.  Both Armijo and Sia weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quico Mosso, and the three ringside judges are Jose Boda, Montel Villalta and Rodrigo Machuca.
