Alfonso Loya vs Cruz Lopez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Ecatepec Montejano, Ecatepec,  taking place on 24/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Loya (10 - 8(1) - 6) who hails from Chimalhuacan, Mexico and Cruz Lopez(12 - 7 - 5) from Naucalpan, Mexico.  Loya weighed in at 118 pounds, while Lopez weighed in at 117 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lisandro Mancilla, and the three ringside judges are Iago Riquelme, Oleos Laguardia and Santiago Montalvan.
