Bushr Tabbal vs Safwah Qamari

Boxing Daily Report from the Chunga Promotions promoted show at Casablanca Ahmed, Casablanca,  taking place on 26/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Morocco-Grand Casablanca Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bushr Tabbal (10 - 5 - 3) who hails from Casablanca, Morocco and Safwah Qamari(13 - 5 - 2) from Casablanca, Morocco.  Tabbal weighed in at 140 pounds, while Qamari weighed in at 139 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Abdul Adel, and the three ringside judges are Sabeer Elhajaoui, Ismail Berouas and Sabeer Amor.  

Round 1: 

Qamari closes the distance.  Tabbal throws a left uppercut, but Qamari ties up his opponent.  Qamari uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Tabbal behind the head. The ref breaks Qamari's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
