Dmitri Povetkin vs Evgeny Khryapa

Boxing Daily Report from the Oris Promotions promoted show at Omsk Koplyakov, Omsk,  taking place on 06/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Russia-Chelyabinsk Oblast Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dmitri Povetkin (8 - 4 - 4) who hails from Chelyabinsk, Russia and Evgeny Khryapa(15 - 1) from Chelyabinsk, Russia.  Povetkin weighed in at 154 pounds, while Khryapa weighed in at 153 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Goga Beschastnykh, and the three ringside judges are Aleksandr Maitakov, Valeri Slutzky and Aleksandr Melantev.  

Round 1:
