Chinedu Agu vs Ali Sabet

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Abia State promoted show at Theophilus Tochukwu Gym, Aba,  taking place on 25/01/2026:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Abia State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Abia State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chinedu Agu (5 - 18) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Ali Sabet(11 - 4 - 3) from Aba, Nigeria.  Agu weighed in at 235 pounds and 13 ounces, while Sabet weighed in at 255 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ali Sharaf, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Offoin, Bature Adelakun and Bright Imenger.
