Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Japan-Chiba Gym, Chiba,  taking place on 23/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Valentin Bastyr (5 - 0) who hails from Plzen, Czech Republic and Kazuhiko Nakagawa(6 - 2 - 3) from Yokosuka, Japan.  Bastyr weighed in at 114 pounds And 14 ounces, while Nakagawa weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kaede Ishimoto, and the three ringside judges are Daiki Fujimura, Kazuhiko Sakaguchi and Michi Sakaguchi.
