Boxing Daily Report from the Nkolola Promotions promoted show at Perth Nish, Perth,  taking place on 15/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isaac Laidler (5 - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and Dominic Clardy(0 - 1 - 1) from Brisbane, Australia.  Laidler weighed in at 111 pounds and 6 ounces, while Clardy weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul MacNab, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Babinski, Daniel Norman and Jack Swavely.

Laidler lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Laidler gets on the inside and drives a right hook into Clardy's body.  
Laidler is on target with a right hook.  
Laidler connects with a cross.  
Laidler advances into close range.  Clardy lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Laidler is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Laidler manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Clardy is on target with a jab.  
Laidler steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Laidler digs in a stinging left hook to Clardy's ribs.  
Laidler connects with a left hook.  
Laidler steps inside.  Clardy hits home with a right hook.  
Laidler steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut to Clardy's body.  
Laidler drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Laidler gets on the inside and connects with a left uppercut.  
Laidler drives a left hook into his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Laidler dabs at his face checking for damage.

Round 2: 

Laidler drives a solid right hook into Clardy's body.  
Laidler slams a nasty right hook into his opponents ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE CLARDY WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Laidler clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Laidler's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Clardy almost instantly recovers. 
Laidler steps inside and digs in a left uppercut to Clardy's body.  Laidler holds on to his opponent.  Laidler is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Laidler.  
Laidler closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Laidler is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Laidler digs in a stinging right hook to Clardy's ribcage.  
Laidler drives a stinging left uppercut into Clardy's body.  
Clardy throws a right hook, but Laidler ties up his opponent.  Laidler leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Laidler lands a sharp cross.  
Laidler closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Clardy throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Laidler closes the distance and drives a firm right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Laidler drives a potent left hook into Clardy's liver.  CLARDY IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Laidler forces Clardy to back into a corner.  Laidler lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Laidler ties up his opponent.  Laidler uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Clardy's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Laidler.  Clardy quickly recovers. 
Laidler crashes a spiteful left uppercut to Clardy's liver.  CLARDY IS DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Laidler!
