Fred Baines vs Anton Symington

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Bowlers Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 05/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the British-Central England Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Dave, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fred Baines (12 - 5 - 1) who hails from Sheffield, UK and Anton Symington(2 - 14 - 1) from Liverpool, UK.  Baines weighed in at 160 pounds, while Symington weighed in at 159 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ewan Sprout, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Mohammad, Adam Ouimet and Matt McFee.
