Arran Murphy vs Michael McCrory

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Dan Hilson Gym, Rockford,  taking place on 28/01/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arran Murphy (4 - 4 - 2) who hails from Chicago, USA and Michael McCrory(4 - 3 - 3) from Chicago, USA.  Both Murphy and McCrory weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rex McNiven, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Bukowski, David Ridall and David Ridall.

McCrory quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Murphy connects with a cross.
