Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Shreyas Gym, Boston,  taking place on 16/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are David Matteson (6 - 0) who hails from Wichita, USA and Dave Powles(4 - 4 - 1) from New York City, USA.  Both Matteson and Powles weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Burt, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Burt, Sam Evans and Sam Evans.
