Eelis Aalto vs Manu Miettunen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Espoo Ipatti, Espoo,  taking place on 29/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eelis Aalto (2 - 7 - 2) who hails from Vantaa, Finland and Manu Miettunen(5 - 8 - 2) from Espoo, Finland.  Aalto weighed in at 154 pounds, while Miettunen weighed in at 153 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jorma Puikkonen, and the three ringside judges are Elmo Alvar, Miko Vainio and Matteus Vaatainen.
