Charles Calomay vs Ramirez Castellon

Boxing Daily Report from the Poku Promotions promoted show at Miguel Morado Gym, San Pablo,  taking place on 29/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charles Calomay (12 - 2) who hails from San Pablo, Philippines and Ramirez Castellon(9 - 6 - 5) from Santa Rosa, Philippines.  Calomay weighed in at 125 pounds and 6 ounces, while Castellon weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cruz Borbon, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Villescas, Darryl Emuslan and Ulises Puruganan.
