Edmundo Galindez vs Joaquin Alumisin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur promoted show at Zamboanga City Mazon, Zamboanga City,  taking place on 27/01/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edmundo Galindez (6 - 10 - 2) who hails from Zamboanga City, Philippines and Joaquin Alumisin(11 - 4) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  Galindez weighed in at 112 pounds, while Alumisin weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zelipe Ossa, and the three ringside judges are Ponce Mabaquiao, Pedro Metro and Jose Salido.
