Volkan Baybashin vs Murat Inanc

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Istanbul promoted show at Istanbul Yazici, Istanbul,  taking place on 01/01/2026:

Clearly AI Turkey-Istanbul have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Istanbul Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Volkan Baybashin (3 - 3 - 1) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Murat Inanc(4 - 5 - 2) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Both Baybashin and Inanc weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gulbahar Evgar, and the three ringside judges are Ilhami Erdinch, Altan Onan and Omer Akgul.
