Boris Gazinsky vs Pyotr Chernov

Boxing Daily Report from the Lupyan Promotions promoted show at Afon Angeloff Gym, Rostov-on-Don,  taking place on 30/01/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Boris Gazinsky (12 - 3) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Pyotr Chernov(10 - 1) from Taganrog, Russia.  Gazinsky weighed in at 134 pounds And 7 ounces, while Chernov weighed in at 134 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alik Inkin, and the three ringside judges are Dmitriy Bolotin, Pyotr Lampeev and Fedya Torbinski.
