Sergey Batirov vs Sergey Kukura

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ukraine-Zaporizhia Oblast promoted show at Melitopol Bodak, Melitopol,  taking place on 02/01/2026:

Clearly AI Ukraine-Zaporizhia Oblast have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Zaporizhia Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sergey Batirov (5 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Zaporizhia, Ukraine and Sergey Kukura(10(1) - 3) from Zaporizhia, Ukraine.  Both Batirov and Kukura weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Konstantin Pavelko, and the three ringside judges are Wasyl Bunda, Matviyko Denys and Dimi Polansky.
