Du Truc vs Mac Chien

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Vietnam-South promoted show at Trach Nhung Gym, Can Tho,  taking place on 02/01/2026:

Clearly AI Vietnam-South have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Vietnam-South Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Du Truc (9(2) - 1) who hails from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Mac Chien(7 - 4 - 5) from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  Both Truc and Chien weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phu Cuong, and the three ringside judges are Van Cong, Ngu Duc and Au Cong.
