Boxing Daily Report from the Adisi Promotions promoted show at Cape Town Addy, Cape Town,  taking place on 31/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shevon Molekane (11 - 4) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Bongi Mathoho(10 - 9(1) - 2) from Pretoria, South Africa.  Both Molekane and Mathoho weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Madisha Mini, and the three ringside judges are Rob Ndombe, Rob Ndombe and Luvolwethu Nyatama.
