Aftab Abotomey vs Yasin Trabelsi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Yemen-Sana'a promoted show at Sana'a Saleem, Sana'a,  taking place on 03/01/2026:

Clearly AI Yemen-Sana'a have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Yemen-Sana'a Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aftab Abotomey (9 - 7) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Yasin Trabelsi(5 - 10 - 5) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Both Abotomey and Trabelsi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kashif Bouazizi, and the three ringside judges are Amjad Kahla, Rehan Akel and Faisal Hossain.
