Christofer Pirkl vs Brendan Pehlke

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Switzerland-East promoted show at Zurich Matthies, Zurich,  taking place on 01/02/2026:

Clearly AI Switzerland-East have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Switzerland-East Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport Szene Fernsehen, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Christofer Pirkl (3 - 1 - 1) who hails from Zurich, Switzerland and Brendan Pehlke(4 - 1 - 1) from Bern, Switzerland.  Pirkl weighed in at 152 pounds and 15 ounces, while Pehlke weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gary Agers, and the three ringside judges are Hardy Kurtzer, Derrick Stross and Amhold Bernecker.
