Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Standard Bank Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 07/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Henry Ngelessy (6(2) - 0) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and Jesse Kononen(3 - 3(1) - 1) from Tampere, Finland.  Ngelessy weighed in at 241 pounds and 8 ounces, while Kononen weighed in at 247 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Peter Oosthuizen, and the three ringside judges are Tshepo Nqakula, Ubanwa Koranteng and Quaashie Duncan.
