Zafa Achie vs Abdul Welshel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Yemen-Sana'a promoted show at Sana'a Faris, Sana'a,  taking place on 03/02/2026:

Clearly AI Yemen-Sana'a have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Yemen-Sana'a Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Achie (3 - 16) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Abdul Welshel(6 - 3) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Achie weighed in at 135 pounds, while Welshel weighed in at 134 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aftab Guler, and the three ringside judges are Waqar Hawi, Faisal Radi and Obaid Khalef.
