Geoff Finn vs John Strom

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Dan Hilson Gym, Rockford,  taking place on 01/02/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Geoff Finn (8(1) - 2) who hails from Joliet, USA and John Strom(12 - 6 - 4) from Chicago, USA.  Both Finn and Strom weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Girvin, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Gillies, Lucas McGowan and Barry Anderson.
