Mikhail Varlamov vs Dmitri Zhitnik

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Olympiaskiy, Moscow,  taking place on 21/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight are the European Light Heavyweight and Eastern Europe Light Heavyweight titles.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Rossiya 2, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mikhail Varlamov (20(17) - 0) who hails from Prokopyevsk, Russia and Dmitri Zhitnik(16(9) - 5(3)) from Taganrog, Russia.  Both Varlamov and Zhitnik weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kir Khovanskiy, and the three ringside judges are Borya Smyslov, Fedya Malkin and Viktor Mikhaylov.
