Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Massachusetts promoted show at Agganis Arena, Boston,  taking place on 01/03/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from Nassau MW.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Gerrie (9 - 12 - 4) who hails from Oakland, USA and Gianluigi Sozzi(5 - 18 - 3) from Monza, Italy.  Gerrie weighed in at 160 pounds, while Sozzi weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Douglas McCamish, and the three ringside judges are Harvey Bruce, Tariq Basher and Hamish McCallum.
