Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 14/02/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Mambwete (11(2) - 1 - 1) who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and Cortez Montiel(10 - 0) from San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  Mambwete weighed in at 130 pounds, while Montiel weighed in at 129 pounds and 12 ounces.
