Elvin Kakazai vs Ali Habibi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Muzaffar Allakhyarov Gym, Baku,  taking place on 08/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elvin Kakazai (12 - 2 - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Ali Habibi(10 - 4 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Kakazai weighed in at 129 pounds and 10 ounces, while Habibi weighed in at 129 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Khokhar, and the three ringside judges are Urfan Abaskuliyev, Nasimi Bacho and Mehman Dzhafarov.
