Joshua Mensah vs Lukman Bonchaka

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Abrankese Stadium, Kumasi,  taking place on 20/02/2026:

Clearly African Fusion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joshua Mensah (9 - 0) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Lukman Bonchaka(12 - 7 - 4) from Accra, Ghana.  Mensah weighed in at 160 pounds, while Bonchaka weighed in at 159 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tamarius Ankomah, and the three ringside judges are Vincent Lamptey, Mason Attoh and Otieno Adomah.
