Leighton Platt vs Dai Michie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Quebec promoted show at Maison de la culture, Gaineau,  taking place on 10/02/2026:

Clearly AI Canada-Quebec have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Leighton Platt (5 - 0) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Dai Michie(7 - 5 - 2) from Calgary, Canada.  Both Platt and Michie weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Mabon, and the three ringside judges are Stephen Morton, Bruce Hathorne and Mark Mostyn.
