Jordan Thomson vs Will McQuary

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Chicago Finlayson, Chicago,  taking place on 09/02/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jordan Thomson (14 - 8 - 2) who hails from Chicago, USA and Will McQuary(16 - 1) from Madison, USA.  Both Thomson and McQuary weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Denoon, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Humphries, David Ridall and Mark Terres.
