On Shum vs Gao Yam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shandong promoted show at Quon Yu Gym, Jinan,  taking place on 10/02/2026:

Clearly AI China-Shandong have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Shandong Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are On Shum (3 - 7 - 4) who hails from Jinan, China and Gao Yam(7 - 4 - 3) from Jinan, China.  Shum weighed in at 121 pounds And 5 ounces, while Yam weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuan Ng, and the three ringside judges are Qing-Nan Chua, Lee Quan and Hsin Ju.
