Fo-hai Yam vs Sun Truong

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at University of Science and Technology, Beijing,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the East Asian Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fo-hai Yam (13 - 3) who hails from Taizhou, China and Sun Truong(12 - 7(1) - 3) from Zibo, China.  Both Yam and Truong weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Deshi Tak, and the three ringside judges are Quon Shu, Dewei Hsieh and Confucius Waung.  

Round 1:
