Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Pretoria Marais, Pretoria,  taking place on 12/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quoitrel Burja (11(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Katlehong, South Africa and Vashon The Mad Duck Magqwaka(13(4) - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both Burja and Magqwaka weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyrone Letsholonyane, and the three ringside judges are Luvolwethu Khumalo, Xhosas Kwadwo and Peter Oosthuizen.
