Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Aguila, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/01/2026:

Clearly Ruzgeryan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Grajales (8 - 7 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Juan Trejo(11 - 6 - 2) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Grajales and Trejo weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Burgo, and the three ringside judges are Reynaldo Arellanes, Paco Cantero and Neron La Torre.
