Cortez Poma vs Quin Alcazar

Boxing Daily Report from the Habe Promotions promoted show at Quito Tierno, Quito,  taking place on 12/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cortez Poma (6 - 3 - 4) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Quin Alcazar(14 - 6 - 2) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Poma and Alcazar weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luis Mazariegos, and the three ringside judges are Ora Urrea, Cris Lainez and Luis Mazariegos.  

Round 1: 

Poma switches the action to the outside.  Poma sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Alcazar drives a cross into his opponents body.
