Joona Tawastjerna vs Matias Toiviainen

Boxing Daily Report from the Wekinky Promotions promoted show at Toolo Sports Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 13/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Finland-Uusimaa Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joona Tawastjerna (19 - 3 - 2) who hails from Espoo, Finland and Matias Toiviainen(7 - 11 - 3) from Espoo, Finland.  Tawastjerna weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces, while Toiviainen weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Touko Ahde, and the three ringside judges are Eemil Porkka, Miko Vainio and Valtteri Laitila.
