Malik Karawi vs Syed Atwan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ametepey Promotions promoted show at Khalid Hanoush Gym, Port Said,  taking place on 15/02/2026:

Clearly Ametepey Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Port Said Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Karawi (9 - 3) who hails from Port Said, Egypt and Syed Atwan(13 - 1) from Port Said, Egypt.  Karawi weighed in at 130 pounds, while Atwan weighed in at 129 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Henedi, and the three ringside judges are Yasin Heikal, Zafa Sharif and Obaid Gomaa.
