David Drummond vs Joey Borland

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Kentucky promoted show at Roger Lang Gym, Lexington,  taking place on 18/01/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Kentucky have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Drummond (5 - 9 - 1) who hails from Louisville, USA and Joey Borland(6 - 6 - 1) from Louisville, USA.  Drummond weighed in at 167 pounds And 11 ounces, while Borland weighed in at 167 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Hutcheon, and the three ringside judges are Patrick Carnegie, Shaun Woodman and Euan Slone.
