Lisandro Sierra vs Venacio Mercado

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Bolivar promoted show at Ciudad Guayana Claros, Ciudad Guayana,  taking place on 15/02/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Bolivar Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lisandro Sierra (12(2) - 0) who hails from Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela and Venacio Mercado(13 - 2) from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela.  Both Sierra and Mercado weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ignado Bernardez, and the three ringside judges are Saturnin Busto, Joaquin Manriquez and Vegas Lino.
