Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Azuay promoted show at Cuenco Villaflor, Cuenco,  taking place on 16/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Aragon (16 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Lorenzo San Jose(13 - 3 - 1) from Cuenco, Ecuador.  Both Aragon and San Jose weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sierra Lopez, and the three ringside judges are Baltasar Ozuna, Guido Truxillo and Baltasar Ozuna.
