Fedir Sklar vs Sasha Polyakov

Boxing Daily Report from the Matchmaker Promotions promoted show at Volodmiri Fedorka Gym, Dnipropetrovsk,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Ukraine-Kharkiv Oblast Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fedir Sklar (12 - 1 - 2) who hails from Kharkiv, Ukraine and Sasha Polyakov(2 - 12 - 3) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Sklar weighed in at 117 pounds and 4 ounces, while Polyakov weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luka Isaev, and the three ringside judges are Krystiyan Mihalovich, Gennady Kostyk and Yakiv Dunay.

Polyakov is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Polyakov to stop fouling.  
Polyakov throws a left hook, but Sklar holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Sklar pushes his forearm into Polyakov's face.  The ref breaks Sklar's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
