Leopoldo Picard vs Rodiger Gehring

Boxing Daily Report from the Situmbeko Promotions promoted show at Meier Stoick Gym, Hamburg,  taking place on 17/02/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Hamburg Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leopoldo Picard (14 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from Hamburg, Germany and Rodiger Gehring(2 - 13 - 3) from Hamburg, Germany.  Picard weighed in at 154 pounds, while Gehring weighed in at 153 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Albert Scheuer, and the three ringside judges are Coen Mayers, Albert Scheuer and Teoboldo Gauker.
